“ Edited 032823 I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves with ChickfilA and Popeyes being closed and they did way better, food quality has increased tremendously I even wondered if they were using the same meat. The service was great as they read back my order to ensure it was right. Very fast and efficient, I would definitely recommend going here if youre in need of a place to eat in the mall. im not one too usually leave reviews unless the food was really good it really bad, this place beyond lackluster with its dry meat, bad service, and bad advertising. I ask for fiesta cheesesteak which is the new item, they misheard me and i got a regular cheesesteak instead, I ask for a new one and I paid not a problem. When I do get the food unordered it has nothing on it that it says it would. 3 jalapenos, no peppers or onions, and no tex mex seasoning. Albeit they did put one slice of pepper jack on it with provolone although it was supposed to have it on all. Whats the worst part it was the manager making it. Although I know they arent getting paid very well, I still find it hard to believe that making 58 sandwiches in an hour on a Tuesday is too hard. ”
